School of Surveying Engineering,K.N.Toosi University of Technology in collaboration with the Center of Excellence for Geospatial Information Technology

This faculty,known as the first School of Surveying Engineering in Iran,is considered as the most creditable center for development and production of science and technology in the field of geographic information technology,because of the presence of distinguished professors and specialists. Faculty members include one professor,eight associate professors,thirteen assistant professors and one instructor,working in four departments of Geodesy,Photogrammetry,Remote Sensing and Geographic Information System. The "Center of Excellence for Geospatial Information Technology" as a body of distinguished professors interacts with key leaders in foundations,think tanks and academia in its highest degree. This center is a factor of achieving high quality developments in Geospatial information technology in both national and regional scales.
